Returns & Refunds Policy (No Refunds)

At Skykwami Website Design Services, we value collaboration and transparency throughout our website design process. Because each project is custom-built and developed side by side with the client, all payments made are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

  • A 70% upfront payment is required before the website design process begins.

  • The remaining 30% balance is due after all revisions have been completed and the final website has been accepted by the client.

No Refunds

  • Once a project has started, payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies because every website is tailored to the client’s specific requirements and involves significant time, resources, and expertise.

  • Clients are actively engaged in the process, with opportunities to review and request edits before final acceptance.

Project Collaboration

  • Our process is designed to work side by side with the client, ensuring full participation at every stage.

  • Clients will have the chance to review drafts, request modifications, and approve changes before the final delivery.

  • By the time the website is accepted, it will reflect the client’s input, leaving no grounds for refund.
